The mighty 'Two Inch Punch' is coming to LFO and we couldn't be anymore excited! T.I.P: "I started making music a few years ago writing for other artists and bands, trying to work on their sound but wasn’t until I started TIP last November where I began to work on exactly what I wanted to do, with no restraints from artist tastes and direction. I suppose I started to develop my sound properly then because there was no vocalist or artist to hide behind and luckily this was when it all started to connect.'

Last year was huge for T.I.P with his 'Birdy' rework slinging him into the lime light, followed by his stunning debut EP 'Love you up'.
If that wasn't enough for you we have another treat in store for you. A back to back set from Skanky and Checan,
"Louis Johnson aka Skanky has been causing a serious ruckus in dance music circles. Spotted by the keen eye of BULLET TRAIN CEO and RINSE FM resident MARCO Del HORNO, the young producer/DJ has been gradually building himself a name over the past year and appeared on some heavyweight line ups. A well-executed blend of GARAGE and UK FUNKY, he shows the dexterity producers twice his age would kill to have. it's comforting to know the dance floors of the future (when we're all well past it) will be left in very capable hands."
"Checan is a rising producer/ DJ from Sheffield who's fresh brand of productions and DJ'ing have seen him make massive strides in recent months.
2010 saw the release of his first E.P ''New Breed'' featuring
Manchester's MC DRS; 'an eclectic mix of GARAGE, emceeing and a whole bunch of other stuff' on the Sheffield based Tipping Point Label and in 2011 Checan is starting to make waves in the UK music scene with radio support from the likes of TODDLA T,SEIJI, MONKI and WHISTLA."
Heading things up in room 2 will be AZ&TOR "AishaZoe & TheOnlyRichard, 18 and 24, singer/mc/producer/Dj duo producing and performing BASS INFUSED HOUSE, GARAGE and 2 STEPS tracks and sets. Aisha Zoe, originally from Leeds and an involved vocalist in Hiphop and Jungle collective ‘Slim Pickings’". Combine that with Rich who we have been following closely for a while now has performed amoung the likes of SKREAM and BENGA, replacement DJ for EROL ALKAN at UNDERHILL FESTIVAL playing OUTLOOK FESTIVAL 2012 and being nominated by MTV for UNSIGNED SOUND FOR 2012. On there second outing this new pairing definately suggests they are ones to keep there eyes on.

Oh what a night…
Fresh from the success of the bad jumper party, Whomp invites you to another top night of mischief and mayhem at Basement 45.
Once again, we have two rooms slamming out party beats. Room 1 as ever is focussing on the chunkiest house and techno and Room ...2 offering a progression from knees up Hip Hop to D&B swinging by breaks, wobble and dubby things en route.
Room 1 showcases an all star line up for March. In addition to the block rockin beats of the mighty Riddle, we welcome Bristol’s very own legend and Empathy mastermind Stuart Wilkinson.
As if that wasn’t enough for you lucky people, we’ve also enlisted quite the foreign legion with Austria’s very own Nick Waters and Chicago’s Chris B. This dynamic duo can be found fronting It's Not You It's House on www.fro.at and will be bringing their unique blend of upfront house and chunky beats to you. Finally rounding room 1 off to perfection, we have the driving progressive house of Cardiff’s Ritchie B and the chunky techno of deem.
Not to be outdone, Room 2 offers a cracking lineup. Rob Helps will be supplying a rinse out breaks set which will complement the ghetto funk and wobble of the legendary Sherlock Ohms to perfection.
In addition, Si Macc will be ripping the dancefloor to shreds once again. His set at the Bad jumper party was a particular highlight seamlessly blending hip hop, dubstep, electro and D&B.
Vinyl Matt will be taking it back to the old school with a classic hip hop set, Teddy G will be supplying the finest D&B and old school jungle and Whomp co founder Cornelius will be displaying his versatility by rounding things off with a hands in the air D&B set. Whistle crew – hold tight.
