Basement 45 is available for hire 7 nights a week. You can hire the whole venue (280 capacity), or for smaller events of 10-150 people you can hire part of the club. All of our spaces include access to a bar, sound system and DJ equipment.

 

PROMOTER HIRE

Full club (Room 1 & 2): £500 weekend, £350 midweek. Capacity 280

Half club (Room 1 only): £350 weekend, £300 midweek. Capacity 180

 

PRIVATE HIRE

Room 2 only: £250. Capacity 100

Room 2 + The Den: £400. Capacity 150.

Bijou: £125. Capacity 30, click here for more info about the Bijou room.

 

All prices include security, staff, use of sound system and DJ equipment. Room 1 is powered by L'Acoustics and room 2 is powered by Turbosound. Click here for a full list of our available DJ equipment.

 

We can supply DJ's for an additional cost, or you can bring your own. Catering is also available should you require it. Unfortunately we do not accept 18th birthday party bookings.
